There are so many types of makeup looks so for me, it's always safe to stick with a makeup look that really address your needs. I for instance have sparse eyebrows with an irregular shape, my lips are pale, and I have slight pimple scars on my face. To address these, I make sure to always trim my brows and use eyebrow pencil to enhance their shape, to use lip and cheek tint that has good staying power, and bb cream to cover skin impurities. I also use liquid liner and mascara to give my eyes life. I can go out without putting them on but there is that positive vibe that make you feel fun and ready to face the world when you put an effort to look nice and presentable.
Also, I think it is important to do your makeup according to your daily itinerary. You are free to experiment with your makeup and try something different or put a unique twist to it but be careful not to overdo from what your facial features really just need. Sometimes, people stare and murmur because they have reason to. Don't get me wrong though, I know we should never let others dictate and affect what we do and what we feel, but I think as humans it's inevitable. Having said that, we should know better and try not to give other people a chance to make us doubt ourselves.
Bottomline is, makeup, just like vitamin supplements, regular exercise, and skin regimen, is just one of the many tools and activities we use to enhance and maintain the beauty and glow that is already in us. And truth be told, it feels good to get compliments... not that we expect them, but if we give people reason to, what can we do? *wink*

Thanks girls! We all are beautiful in our own way, with or without makeup. :)
Andrea: Aww thanks! Secret to good skin: Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize EVERYDAY, in particular order...and exfoliate every other day (in may case) or depending on how much your skin needs it. :)
