Are any of these ingredients in my moisturizer bad? Do any of these ingredients clog pores or anything like that? I have oily acne prone skin.

I'm not an expert on this stuff by any means, but from what I know, some of the ingredients like aluminum starch octenylsuccinate, fragrance, and sodium hydroxide can irritate your skin. A general rule of thumb is if if your products have that many ingredients that you can't pronounce, you should rethink using it.
