Does your eyes have little bumps when you put on concealer? Cuz that happens to me too. I need an answer to this too. I use vitamin c eye reviver from the body shop but it isnt very effective.

Benefit It's Potent is quite good :) It absorbs quickly and helps to reduce dark circles (I'm not a raccoon but helps when I don't get enough sleep).
I'm surprised that Tarte didn't work for you. I used the Maracuja Pure Oil trough fall/winter and I didn't had any dry spot and helped me with some fine lines

I heard bye bye under eye anti-aging concealer was great. I think it'll help with the dryness...I remember everyone raving about, I'm tempted to try. and I believe ulta has a 10$ mini size to try :)

I swear by Algenist Eye Balm. Pricey, but you need very little product and it is safe for use on the eye lids. I've even seen a reduction in fine lines. When you're eye area is dry, every line and crease shows. This leaves my eye area plump and soft. My shadows have never looked better as a result.

Hey Ana, overall my skin is super dry, my eye area was also a bit dry, but not as much as my skin though. I started using Mario Badescu Hyaluronic Eye Cream about a month ago, and I love it. It does not help me with few fine lines tht I have and occasional puffiness that I suffer, But it is SUPER hydrating for me. I apply it at night before bed, and I must say I don't suffer from dry under eye area anymore.
