I have natural brown hair but I've dyed it black and a couple blonde highlights and my riots are growing in what's the safest way to lift back to my natural color!!!!!?!

You can buy hair Colour remover kits from most big chemists these days. They shrink the hair Colour molecules and wash them out rather than bleaching. You may need to do more than one application but its safer than bleaching and less drying than over cleansing with anti dandruff/clarifying shampoos that am also help it fade :)

a color remover without ammonia or bleach in it, (in the USA), is Color Oops. You have to follow the directions exactly as they are stated on the box though!
