I always line mine! I either line it with a nude to open up the look of my eyes or on a night out I line it with black because it really makes my dark eyes pop:)

I rarely ever line my waterline with a black or dark color unless I'm reallyyyy going for dramatic look. I just don't like how it looks on me and I feel like it makes my eyes look smaller. But I line my waterline with a nude color frequently.

I water line my upper everyday. I have hooded lids so I only on special occasion will line my actual eyelid, but I like how the lining the upper waterline looks on a day to day basis. I also very rarely wear eye shadow, and if I do, its usually one shade and a neutral.
