Which is better? For damaging hair n regrowth hair?

From what I know, coconut oil.
I think coconut oil just has more nutrients that would benefit your hair.
Olive oil will mostly just help it regain moisture.

I've always used olive oil, but I've heard great things about coconut oil too! Olive oil gives me pretty good results and I always have some on hand in the kitchen, that's why I use it :)
