Using a Primer. A primer creates a barrier between your skin & the make-up.

Toner before you moisturise then apply your makeup and a primer is good to however I've tried the Laura mercier primer and wouldn't recommend it

Use a silicone based primer. But pat, don't rub, it in. Patting will fill in the pores.

I agree with Yesenia. A silicone based primer should do the trick.
