So I've been using heat on my hair for years and I've dyed it quite a few times, which resulted in my hair having split ends. Does anyone know a few ways to help? :o.

I think a haircut is the only way to solve them.

^ or maybe you could try a split end mender? I'm think about trying the garnier fructis damage eraser soon.

I used to have split ends but I repaired them. I used the nexxus pro mend system and tresemme platinum strength collection. Those two combined really did wonders on my hair. I kept it natural for a year and not only were my splits gone but my hair had grown about 10 inches and that's was really fast!

Get a trim to actually get rid of them and afterwards take care of your hair with shampoos, conditioners, and other products to prevent split ends ☺️ hope this helps.
