I have really frizzy/big hair, any tips on how to flatten it.
I've tried straightening it and it doesn't work it just stays big.

Frizz usually means your hair is dry, try a hair mask 3 times a week and you should see improvement :) I like the Macadamia Deep Repair Masque and the L'oreal Power Moisture mask. Also, make sure your shampoo and conditioner are sulfate and sodium chloride free. I can also share my haircare routine with you, if you'd like :) I used to have extremely frizzy hair.

Second, invest in a sulfate and sodium chloride free shampoo and conditioner (I like the L'oreal EverStrong), and a hair mask or deep conditioner (I like Macadamia Deep Repair Masque and the L'oreal Power Moisture Mask). In the shower, wash your hair first thing, shampoo only the roots and condition from your ears down. After that, apply your mask, focusing on the ends of your hair. Finger comb until you don't feel any knots, and then put your hair in a bun. Leave it that way for the rest of your shower, washing it out should be the last thing you do. I wash my hair around 3 times a week (with dry hair I can get away with it) and do the hair mask every time. If you need to wash your hair more than that, reduce your hair mask usage to 3 times :)
Third, in terms of heat protectors, I like the Tressemme and It's a 10 Leave in Plus Keratin. However, I advise you to cut out heat styling as much as possible.
That's my hair routine, my entire head is bleached and it is just as healthy as it was before I dyed it. This is what my hair looks like if I do absolutely nothing to it, I'm the one on the left.

Thank you very much I'll have to try that and I've sort of stopped heat styling my hair. Your hair looks really healthy!

It's pretty healthy for all the sh*t I put it through. I need a trim right now, but other than that it's healthy :)
