So I got this apothederm bright skin serum in my ipsy bag this month and I tried it out. I've never used a serum before even though I probably should be. Anyways when I tried this product out (exactly as the instruction said) it made my face have a burning sensation and got very itchy. I let it dry and then put my moisturizer over it like the directions said but I had to end up washing it off my face because it was so itchy. My question is a bright skin serum suppose to do that or any serum for that matter? Was it because my face isn't use to it and should continue to try it out?

You might have had an allergic reaction to it..I'd look up the reviews on it to see of anyone else had the same problem.

I don't remember where I saw this but I watched something about serums and I think it's normal with some of them.

For you to get a burning sensation, maybe not itching. :)
