Need wardrobe advice

In the summer I want to get high waisted shorts (denim) and some cute,loose crop tops and muscle tees. Where can I purchase these for a reasonable price? $50 max for the shorts and somewhere in Canada as I am spending my summer there.

Urban outfitters have the BEST high waist shorts in my opinion and they should have some on sale. American Apparel has the most expensive so I don't recommend them. You can also get the muscle tops and crops from there but you should look now for the good sales. And forever 21 has good tops as well.

I would try Forever 21 for sure. I agree with Aliyah on Urban Outfitters.
