Does anybody know any pros or cons about Biotin pills? Does it really work? Is it worth it??

You aren't supposed to take Biotin tablets unless you have an actual deficiency, otherwise it'll have negative effects like horrible acne. I'd suggest talking to your dr before you try it :)

I take them and I have no problem. I originally bought biotin by itself, now I take a hair nails and skin vitamins that has it In it. Never had negative effects.

They made me break out really bad but I know a lot of people who it has cleared up their skin and helped their hair
