I have the same habit. I was actually just biting the skin off when I read this lol. maybe try using a lip scrub & chapstick regularly so that there won't be the skin to bite off. also you could wear lipstick. because you won't want to ruin the lipstick or get it on your teeth!

I do that sometimes. Try an exfoliator, so that you don't have any dead skin to bite. I like Elf's exfoliator, it comes in a tube like a lipstick, it's like 3 dollars and works like a charm. I also recommend using a good lip balm, like Nivea Lip Butters, but only at night so you're not awake to chew it off. I can recommend a few other amazing chapsticks too, if you'd like.

I don't have that habit but trust me it is not weird. Many people do that. Maybe you can try putting some lipstic and that will make your dead sking go off. :-)

I do that too. I always keep something on my lips so I don't so it. I don't want to be eating gloss or lipstick so it helps.

I have the same problem. I normally use one of the edible lip scrubs from lush because they remove the dead skin and they also taste sooo good!! Then I use a lip balm. I find that the key is to keep your lips hydrated, thats what works for me anyway! :)x
