It will be most vibrant if you bleach your hair, but it should still show up if you don't. Something to think about, is that you'd only be bleaching the ends. So it would only be the ends of your hair that would be somewhat damaged. If they get majorly unhealthy (which they shouldn't as long as you care for your hair well) when you bleach them, then you can always cut them off. And for the record, I like 1&3 best. (:

3 - Because 1 & 2 are kind if close on the color wheel that it would either clash or blend it and you can hardly tell but most likely clash, The Blue/teal color would pop (Just like reddish colors on blue eyes) But thats just my opinion (:
