In my honest opinion, it's way too much red. I think , if you wear the red dress, wear black heels, and a nude lipstick. And some pretty dramatic eyes.. But that is just me!

Yeah I would not go all red, its just too overwhelming. I really like the first picture Lynzie posted...and for nails I wouldn't do red either, maybe silver, nude, or a sparkly white

It's too much red, even if you're wearing a black shawl, different shades of red would be okay but not all similar/the same shades. I think you should either see if you can switch the red heels to black ones (borrow off a friend/thrift store/your own), a black smokey eye and nude lipstick. Or a natural smokey eye and red lipstick. But don't do too much red otherwise you'll look like a London phonebox.
