Frustration of neon shadows.

I've been looking for a while for bright and neon eyeshadows. But the ones I've found are way over priced for basically nothing, have bad reviews, have questionable ingredients or won't ship to Canada. If anyone has any bright or neon eyeshadows they know of that work well I'd appreciate it. I don't mind spending the money but only if its actually going to work. Thank you.

Try the shan't cosmetics 40 color eyeshadow palette! It's 10.00 on amazon! It's incredibly pigmented and have bright colors!

@Janet yeah, I have like four of the eyeshadow palettes. They're pretty cheap but shipping can get a little expensive, but the quality of the shadows is so worth it.

Inglot eyeshadows are the creamiest most pigmented shadows I've used at a mid level price. They're fabulous and I recommend those over BH ONLY because they have less fall out and require less product for full opacity.

I don't find BH or Coastal scents shadows are that great quality, they have a lot of fall out and you need to pack on a lot to see some of the colors..

I'm not one for neon colors but I do really want to try the NYX Primal Colors as Laura suggested. They're about $5 and come in some really pretty colors.
I used to LOVE neon shadows when I was younger though and I had an extensive collection of Kryolan Aqua Colors which were absolutely amazing.
bh Cosmetics and Sugarpill as the other ladies have mentioned, are also great.
