Yeah, it happens to me a lot since I line dance, my cowboy boots rub. I definitely, 100% suggest you get the anti-chafe stick from Band Aid brand. You rub it on and it blocks the friction that causes blisters and stuff.

Yes! I actually had foot surgery and it rubs on my toe right where it happened. I've never tried this but I heard that you could just rub some deodorant on your feet where they are chafing.
