I want to grow long healthy hair and the pharmacist says silica is really good but I also herd that biotin is good but you can break out because of it , does silica work fast?

Biotin will only work if you are lacking biotin. it can cause serious problems if taking biotin if you don't need to. I am not familiar with silica so can't help with that..

Agree with Stephanie. you should talk to your doctor before taking pills though. & keep in mind that your hair growth rate is genetic.
