Hey guys! I'm starting to run out of my Seche Vite topcoat and I want to try something new! I feel as if Seche Vite is a am a z I n g in terms of glossiness, but with it on, my nail polish has shrinked and chipped so easily.
What are your go to topcoats that have Seche Vite's similar glossiness minus the shrinking and easy chipping? I've heard that Sally Hansen's Super Shine Topcoat is really good, but I just want to be sure that I invest in a good topcoat that looks pretty and gets the job done. Thanks ladies!

I second that Sapphire! I have stayed from sally Hansen before and gone right back, to me it's the best. My absolute number one fave is Orly Magnifique but they discontinued it a few years ago which just breaks my heart because it made every polish I put on look amazing. I am still burned up about it.

The sally Hansen one that I favor is the mega shine in the silver bottle. Even if it was $15 a bottle I would still buy it.

Out the door is the best, it dries as quickly as seche vite but doesn't shrink or get thick halfway through the bottle! I bought a big bottle of out the door a year ago at sallys beauty supply and I'm just about halfway through and its still amazing!

Avon UV gloss guard is awesome! the colours pop, it dries fairly quickly, it is beautifully shiny and lasts me 2 weeks. I am not easy on my hands. I chip almost every other polish out there. its a little thick, but I think that is what makes it so durable. only others are gel/lacquer coats and acrylic shields. there are a lot of great suggestion here also!

I use rapid dry top coat from opi but I think their regular top coat is a little glossier =/

@Shushoni does the Avon UV gloss guard have almost a purple cast to it? That us kind of what that Orly tip coat had and it was phenomenal! It had the ability to glow under a black light and it just made my polish colors look better.

@Tara yes! it does have the purple cast to it! never affects anything, just awesome colour pop and extreme durability! and it does glow under black light! ;-)

I like seche vite but when I don't want to splurge I use Revlon no chip top coat. It usually lasts a week.
