Any solid colored t shirt will work. Make sure that it's long enough to cover what needs covering. I'd suggest a pale blue.

And as for shoes, I'd suggest boots of some kind, or possibly high top sneakers.

I would probably wear a solid oversized sweater and some boots. If it's not very cold then a solid short sleeve and flats
