Well what counter do you plan on taking her to? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but makeup consultations are "free." But it's common courtesy to buy at least one of the products they recommend/apply.

Do you have a limit? Just mention that she can pick out a couple new things and make some suggestions to things you like or think she'll like :) give a small time limit so it doesn't get too crazy haha.

Yeah like I get my makeup done allll the time at Clinique and it's free. I'm pretty sure they all are. But you should buy something.

Go for some eye shadow or lipgloss/sticks.. But honestly I would feel so great if someone did any of it for me. Like every else is saying as long as she's not self conscious or tells you she feels ugly I would go for it (: youre a really good friend ❤❤
