I am not super rich but makeup is my passion and I was wondering what's a cheap brand that is as good quality as expensive brands

Elf, Wet n Wild, Revlon, L'oreal and Covergirl are awesome yet inexpensive brands. You can find all these brands at any drugstore except Elf which usually find in Target.

L'oreal is a very good brand & very inexpensive. Lancôme actually owns L'oreal & Lancôme is known for their high quality products. Also NYX is a very inexpensive good quality brand.
