I prefer pencil, mostly because it's easier to apply to my waterline, which is really the only place I wear liner :)

Liquid, I like the Revlon Colorstay marker/felt tip one (so easy to use!) Also, liquid liner irritates your eyes when it's on your waterline, so I wouldn't recommend doing that.

I love gel. I hate liquid it gets in my eyes. I hate the pencils cause it's too rough on my eyes. They're sensitive. Lml.
The gel stays all day n glides on smoothly. I love the look cause I do winged eyeliner ever day.

I use pencil to get close to my lashline and do my water line, then do liquid over top to get crisp lines and a neater finish.
