Have you tried a waterproof formula or a lash primer? Also, an eyelid primer should help as well. In terms of lid primers, I like Urban Decay, Too Faced, Sephora, Nars, Lorac, Nyx and Elf. For lash primer, I love the Lancôme Cils Booster XL. And for waterproof mascara try Maybelline Lash Stiletto and L'oreal Power Collagen Volume.

Well, this stuff won't get your lashes super full, but if you have an old wand from a dead volumizing mascara that could help. It's Hard Candy 4 day lash ink. I think you might be able to use it as a final coat over a fuller mascara too.

For waterproof the one I use is the Covergirl Lash Blast Volume! In the orange tube! I love it!

I have the same problem with mascara ending up around my eyes. The only one I've found that doesn't travel is the Double Extend Beauty Tubes mascara. When both parts of the formula are used together, you can definitely get a good lengthening effect. I also will sometimelayer the black tubing part of the mascara over a volumizing mascara and it prevents transferring on to lids.

Another thing I find helpful for my oily lids is the Wet n Wild Fergie Take on the Day Eyeshadow Primer, it does a great job of matifying the lids which helps prevent mascara transferring too. In my experience, this stuff is pretty potent, a little dab is all you need.

A primer will definitely help as Laura P. suggested! Try priming your lids and if you don't already, use a little concealer in your under-eye area followed up by a touch of powder to set it...this will help to prevent eye makeup from running onto/through oily skin. Waterproof mascara is a good suggestion from the gals above also. For short lashes I highly recommend Maybelline The Falsies!

I have the same problem w/ extra oily skin. I'm using the lancome mascara, a little pricier but don't have to worry about the raccoon eyes so it's worth it for me. Other waterproof mascaras don't work for me.
