I have never tried them but urban decay is supposed to be amazing
I love revlon liquid eyeliner as a drug store pick I find it to be even better than mac
and as a pencil eyeliner (rarely use it anymore) I love mac it lasts all day

L'oreal Paris 24 hour Infallible Gel liner is amazing. I slept in it & 24 hours later it looked the same. no smudges. the brush is easy to use too. it's my favorite! definitely try it :)

I was disappointed with the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencils. They rub off even when they claim that they don't budge. I know people swear by it when they use it on their waterline but for me it came off after an hour. If you want an amazing cheap dupe get the Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Liner. It has that same creamy texture and I personally find the quality is better.

I agree with Shauna on the UD liners, although they work really good if I set them with powder after applying but they do come off easier for me... I loveeee l'oreal infallible liner and believe me I have tried just about every eyeliner there is. Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner pen. And Sephora's Waterproof twist up liner is really good too
