Well oily skin has to do with what's going on inside your body. Try increasing your water intake to about 3 liters a day, eat well and exercise. But to deal with it externally apply milk of magnesia before your makeup. And make sure to always moisturize after you wash your face.

Vitamins helped me. I had so much oil you coulda taken it off and fried some chicken with it.
I take vitamins: A,B,C,D3,E
Fish Oil, Cod liver, Flax
It never hurts to try something that's going to benefit your overall health.
