What are some of your tips for keeping black eyeliner from running on your waterline?

I use waterproof or water resistant eyeliner.

Try setting your makeup with a setting spray so itll stay put.

It depends on what kind of eye liner you are using. if you are the pencil eye liner type of person, then you will always need to set it with powder/eye shadow and a 266 mac brush.

Gel liner works great. Also try buying on that is water proof.
