A tinted moisturizer/bb cream could work if you're wanting lighter coverage. do you want powder or liquid?

^ agreed.
hey, if you can go without foundation then I totally recommend it! if you want to try a foundation tho, I use Naked Skin & it's wonderful. extremely light weight, medium but buildable coverage.
however, the best way to cover red spots is to buy a green colour corrector. another good foundation is Tarte's Amazonian Clay. I haven't tried it yet, but I've heard amazing things about it & it's the next one I'm trying c:

If you want a bb cream I suggest getting the real deal and buying a Korean brand like Dr. jart+ but there are reviews that say garniers bb cream is comparable to a true Korean brand.

Do you know any website that sell Korean bb cream?

@Laura, no the Urban Decay foundation doesn't look cakey. however, if you're going to use a liquid foundation then you need to buy a setting powder so the foundation stays in place. liquid foundations are definitely less cakey than powders.
as for BB creams, I don't use them. American ones are basically glorified tinted moisturizers. if you want a good BB cream, I agree with Kenzie on getting a Korean one. I also don't buy makeup online so I can't recommend websites :c sorry..
