If you don't want to hide them and just make your face brighten up use sheer foundations. One with light coverage. Better yet bb creams. Because they only cover what needs to be covered. Primers are used to make your makeup last longer and make your makeup application easier and more nice. You are fair skinned and I think the benefit hoola bronzer will work great on your skin as a contour powder. Its a matte powder so no worries about becoming shiny. A drugstore dupe for that would be NYX blush in taupe. You tend to put the contour product on areas you want to hide or recede and highlighter for areas you want to emphasize. Benefit has the moon beam tint which works as a highlighter. Or the balms marylouminizer. Youd look great in mousse foundations and creme ones as long as its light weight and only has medium coverage max. This will not cover your freckles.:)
