There's a clear polish called pink armor that you can use and hopefully you won't get in trouble since its going to be clear and that sucks you can't wear colored nail polish.

Rub garlic on them or.. chop up garlic, put it in a clear polish & let sit for 7-10 days, then apply daily. you'll have long strong nails.

I CANT imagine not being allowed to wear nail polish Lol but keeping your hands and cuticles moisturized is a good start! Can you have clear on your nails? If so I recommend OPI nail envy! (:

Go without nail polish for a while, then keep them moisturized. Maybe go get a manicure and only ask for clear nail polish to help your nails get stronger and healthier

You have to stop biting them and to get strong nails constant filing and shaping it encourages them to grow maybe 2 times A week, nails are like hair they need constant grooming use a cuticle oil keep it beside the bed so you don't forget it because really who remembers that kind of stuff.
I'd you get a buffer block to get rid of ridges and shine the nail there's a godsend and only a few EUR. it's a process not a quick fix
to stop biting your nails jeep them polished! at all times give them 1 day a week with no polish on but it helped me nit to Bute them by keeping them as perfect as could b
