I had posted asking about forever 21 makeup products yesterday and looks like their not that bad!?

To be honest, they're probably not great. Most things from that store are pretty low quality, and I'd be concerned that their makeup products include ingredients that could be harmful, if they're not properly regulated.

Idk I sow the video as well and for some reason it still gives me that impression of makeup for teens... The packaging it's nice but for the price range I think you can find better products at a drugstore

I was never impressed with it. All of the packages were open or broken, unsanitary, and just generally icky looking at my local store. I have found much better cheap products elsewhere. Their nail polishes are pretty nice though.

There eyeshadows were shockingly good, surprisingly pigmented. There lipsticks were in really pretty colours too, but I didn't swatch any. I'm sure there's nothing harmful in there products, I don't think such a large franchise would be allowed to put out products that aren't properly tested.
