Try looking up the ingredients one by one and see if they're any good. Personally, I like to use organic or natural hair care because it won't have chemicals and it's better for the environment and your hair :)

^ you're not supposed to take biotin if you don't have a deficiency otherwise it'll have negative effects and give you really bad acne, consult your dr before trying it.

I use it and I like it I don't know how fast it's made my hair grow since mine grows pretty fast anyway.

Try doing some treatments on your hair like coconut oil, olive oil, etc...

I think it fully 100% depends on your hair. Some people have a horrid experience with mane n tail while other people have an amazing one. Personally I have had no problems with mane n tail (but I only use the conditioner once a week)

They are fine. and to be honest if you are putting heat on your hair at any point expect split ends/damage, you can't blame a product for it, I have had mane and tail for over a year now and I have only had the normal damage from the heated styling and the enviroment, the best thing to do is just try it, if you don't like it fair enough

I don't know enough about this product because I have only heard really bad things about it so I have never even considered using it. With that being said if you want some actual knowledge about the product I would ask Kitty K. about it she has done actual research about it.

I used mane n tail thinking the same things. Like wow will my hair really grow??!! and it didn't. It killed my ends. Heat or not.

I grew up in the country that's all we used on ourselves and horses it's very healthy
