No matter what shade of nude it looks stupid lol it looks like I have foundation on my lips or like I'm sick. I can only pull of light pink... not nude at all.. haha I just wanted to rant. I can't wear nudes!

I used to feel like that too lol! I usually just mix them now , I either put a brown or pink on first and put the nude on first. And a gloss helps too :)

Same here! Nude colored lipstick exaggerates my lips so much. It looks like duck lips.

Yeah me too. Just use a lipliner under that will make it pinker or more brown. Or add a lipgloss to liven it up a bit.
Straight nudes aren't for everyone, unfortunately. But work with it! :)

Same here! Lightest I can go is MAC syrup, and I'm not 100% comfortable with that. Makes my mouth look so wide and makes me look sickly:(

I know how you feel. When I want a "nude" lip, I choose a brownish peach. My fav is Nars Outsider.

I thought nude lipstick looked stupid on me too. But a lot of the "nude" lipsticks tend to be more for lighter skin in my experience but I have found shades for tan and dark skin from like MAC and Nars. I actually LOVE the Peachstock lipstick from MAC. Other shades were too light and pink toned. And it really needs to be topped with a lipgloss. But an actual nude color should be a shade that's close to your natural lipcolor, this sort of nude looks way better when you have minimal makeup. The nude shades that are closer to your skintone are much more suited for when your decked out with the contour and heavier eye makeup.
