You could line your water line with nude or white. Or use specific eye shadow colours.. I know purple makes brown and green eyes pop. And also applying a white or highlight shade in the inner corner can help.

- use light or nude eyeliner on your waterline
- use light or nude eyeshadow (especially in the inner corner)
- avoid dark colours (especially on the waterline)
- curl your lashes (or use falsies)
- winged eyeliner
that's why I do sometimes to make my eyes look even bigger than they are naturally :p.

One people don't seem to think of is by making your lips look smaller or try to not draw attention to them and it'll make your eyes look bigger.

Basically, to make your eyes look bigger, you need to highlight them (:
a few ways to do this is to use a white (or very light) eyeshadow & place it underneath the brow & on the tear duct. eyeliner is also a great tool for making eyes look bigger! tight lining the upper water line & lining the lash line with black eyeliner helps make the eye appear more open & awake. as well, placing some white/nude eyeliner on the lower water line will make the eye look bigger & more open.
