Hello girls ! I'm on 14 and I have/had naturally curly hair (3a) but I've been straightening my hair A LOT and when I leave my natural hair it's straight on top and curl/wavy on the bottom. Do you have any tips on how to get it back to curly? Please help !
(my hair is also really long)

Someone has a similar post....getting a lot of curlies lately with this issue. I have curly hair as well and curls crave moisture....more so than any other texture of hair. The line I use for deep conditioning is called As I Am. There is a wonderful deep conditioner that I use once a week. You can pick it up at Sallys Beauty Supply. I also use the coconut cowash by the same company and rotate with another sudsy (no sulfate) shampoo to remove heavy build-up. When it comes to styling I use a buttercream or a styling cream (I use the Shea Moisture line) and use an oil to seal it all in. When I decided to go curly after flat ironing my hair for a year I experienced the same thing. I had to spend a lot of time doing TLC to get moisture back into my hair. I believe it took about 6 weeks to see positive results.
