Curly hair that's not so Curly anymore. Help!!

Its craving moisture. Try As I Am deep conditioner. You can pick it up at Sally's Beauty Supply. I use it once a week on my curly mane. I go thru my usual cleanse and rinse conditioner that allows a lot of slip so I can detangle my hair then I apply the deep conditioner, braid my hair up and put on plastic cap (you can get a bag of those at Sallys as well). I either wear it overnight or if not for two hours while I do things around the house. I then rinse it out and my hair feels hydrated and happy. Have you been straightening your hair at all or using a blow dryer?
