Yes when I'm doing a colorful or dramatic eye I do my eyes first. When I do natural I do my face first.

Thanks ladies. have been using a stippiling brush lately to apply my foundation and I see a big difference n my finished look. I finally was able to get my hands on the E.L.F. Stippiling brush and love it , I went and made the hubby buy me another one today that with be for my cream blushes/contours. So worth $3...
