I am just starting to get back into makeup and I don't remember which one has more pop and ease.

I usually put my cream shadow first, then pack some powder after to make the colors pop more😊

It really depends on the products you're using. The only cream shadows I have ever really loved are the Urban Decay ones, and of course they're discontinued. The Maybelline Color Tattoos are nice, but the pigmentation and ease of application are pretty varied from color to color. On the whole, the neutral shades are of much better quality to me. I think that in general it's easier to find more variety in both shades and finishes in pressed/loose shadows. For a "one and done" look, I do tend to gravitate more toward cream shadows. Hope this helps!

I like to layer a powder over a cream for the most pop

Powder all the way. I hate cream.

I use a cream and then a powder over. The maybelline tattoos to me are the best bases (cream shadows) that are affordable. The nyx jumbo pencils are good but you have to be careful because they can crease.
