What is ulta? We don't have it in Canada but I keep hearing these great things about it. Is it like a Walmart or target or more of a shoppers drug mart?

Ulta brand eyeshadow are awesome! I use them just as much as my naked 3 pallete. the body shop tea tree oil face wash. and big fan of hyperlash mascara from smashbox.
