Revlon Colourstay or Photoready & CoverGirl 3-in-1 are my favorite drugstore foundations.
one I would stay away from is Maybelline's Fit Me.. terrible foundation. greasy, oxidizes terribly, & even if you set it it'll melt & sink into pores & just.. yuck >.<

Covergirl 3 in 1- pretty much full coverage! $12.
Revlon Whipped Creme- medium buildable coverage. My HG. $14
Neutrogena Healthy Skin- medium/light coverage. $14-$15
These are my favs out of experience. I have medium oily skin. The neutrogena is great for drier skin days. They have a good colour range for light skinned girls, especially Covergirl. :)
