Make sure you have a nice gap and not to push all your hair onto the wand, hold it there for a good while and then release, pull it a bit after it's released, spray with hairspray and scrunch mousse into it.

Buy Garnier curl shaping spray & apply evenly on damp hair. Then blow dry. After take small sections of your hair to curl. If Your hair keeps falling off the wand that means you have to much.

Curl about one inch sections, and alternate directions, also make sure you wan if upside down. And lastly catch the curl I your hand when you take it off the wand and let it cool before releasing it.

Hahaha @Hannah :)
also always use a heat protectant before curling. it protects your hair and I find it makes the curls neater.
