I recently purchased the Shany Cosmetics 22 pc.( I think) pony and goat hair brushes. I paid 17 dollars for them. Shany brushes are not bad at all. Just make sure to wash them before use...

Eco tools are so soft! I have a few Sigma brushes, but I don't know if those are considered drugstore or not? Anyways, Eco tools and you can get than at any drugstore or Ulta. Just as soft as MAC. Sonia Kashuk also has my favorite foundation brush.
