I am really stuck on finding the perfect foundation to have in my kit, I want something that photographs amazingly
I was looking at the bobbi brown palette, graftobian palette since I live in australia I was after somthing a bit more accesable, I really wanted to use MAC but they all have spf in them,

so what do you guys think, any suggestions?

Try finding something that doesn't have an SPF. It's better that way for photographs :)
I do a lot of photography but I don't really know what brands. I don't do other people's makeup yet for photos ^_^

There are a few that are fine with SPF but there are a lot that aren't

It brings a really bright glow to the face depending on the lighting in photographs. Some people might like that depending on what you are going for.

The brightness can be a little over powering depending on the lighting.

I have to agree with Jaqueline. RCMA Foundation is very commonly used on television, movie, and photo shoot sets because of it's great coverage, and it photographs well enough. You can also get foundation palettes which is especially helpful for a traveling artist. RCMA foundations are wax based and are actually composed of 50% pigment so it will look beautiful and flawless on the skin. They are also very long lasting and quite inexspensive for the quality! Graftobian is also a great choice for similar reasons, but RCMA is preferred by me 💋

I have never heard of RCMA so I'll look that up, I didn't want SPF because I find it cats a glow when being photographed especially with flash photography at night

I use the graftobian hd glamour creme foundation palette on clients and love it...but I am also dying to get my hands on RCMA. Sadly I'm poor at the minute.
