What spray can I use to get volume? when I first blow dry and flat iron I have volume then by day 3 my roots tend to get oily and I use dry shampoo but it doesn't give me volume or remove the oil.

I need a good hair spray or something of that sort so I can have volume and please don't suggest a product that makes your hair hard and stiff.

Please explain how to use the spray as well...

thanks you loves

It's not a product, but you can tease your hair with a comb :)!

Didn't think of teasing :)

doesn't that cause damage to the hair though because you're pushing your hair back causing it to tangle?

Not at all. You just need to be patient with your hair when brushing it afterwards buy starting from the bottom and working your way up so it doesn't cause any tangles ;) Also hair spraying after teasing will make the volume last longer if your hair doesn't hold the tease well ;)

People think teasing is damaging but that's only because everyone just yanks there hair when brushing it and that obviously causes your hair to tangle.

Blow dry your hair upside down! I use this trick whenever I need some extra volume. I also tease my hair and hairspray the tease :)

But as Kiyomi said be gentle when teasing and try using a soft brush.

Ok these are my holy grails I use the cream on wet hair and blow dry upside down. Then spray a bit of hair spray on roots and tease with hands

Rusk volume spray. Works great on short hair and it's like you don't have anything in.

Redken quick tease. Our retail information lady showed us a demo and you can tease your hair with just your fingers. Kiyomi is right with the teasing does not cause damage to your hair. But if you do it wrong than it will, like taking it out harshly will cause a lot of hair to fall out I learned the hard way today with my brushback mannequin loosing a lot of hair.
