Dairy. You can replace dairy milk with something like soymilk and cheese with soy cheese.

^ This is what I found. People that eat a lot of soy compared to Americans ( Japanese ) have smaller breasts and lower rates of cancer. But, soy plants estrogen cells that can speed up the process of cancer. So Autumn, probably in the long run she got cancer over a long period of time but there still are other ways she could've gotten cancer.

Here is what I also found. I can cause breast cancer and it is bad for the heart. I would advice not getting soymilk, I have to finish what I have at home but I don't think that is really going to hurt me.
Autumn, what kind of milk do you think is best?^

Soy is really hard for your body to digest..
after being a long time vegetarian and eventual vegan, I can.tell you that from experience...not just from me, but my doctor too. I drink almond milk and coconut milk...both are gentle and almond milk has omega 3's which are awesome. maybe try just eating tons of fruits/veggies, water and green tea. try using witch hazel.on your face too and a cleanser with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide

I went to the dermatologist and she said that food doesn't cause acne. I have pimples on my forehead and they've been going away because I have been drinking more water and putting my hair up and away from my forehead at night.

Lily, it can. It just depends in what your acne is caused by. There are different reason people have acne. Some can be from what they eat, hormones levels, oily hair, oily skin, not having the right condition or shampoo for themselves, not drinking enough water, or even not doing exercise.

If it's between your eyebrows that's mainly your liver. I drink 32oz of water before 12am every day. I had really bad acne and haven't seen a single spot since starting this. Fish is good for your skin too.

Conventional wisdom is that food does not affect acne. Large scale studies done 40 years ago are the source of this information. Two smaller studies done recently (think 40 or so participated) indicated that keeping insulin levels steady, and avoiding dairy, help acne. These studies cannot be replicated by others.

Cut down on sugar! I have noticed skin improvements with less sugary drinks and food. If you like your coffee light and sweet, cut down to light with one or two sugars. That is what has helped me a bit! I'm a coffee junkie though so that's how I cut down on sugar.
