Well for now just pin them back. But what your already doing sounds perfect. Your bangs aren't to short so you can still do things like braiding them so its not to boring.

I spray argon oil from organix after every shower and basically keeping it healthy makes it grow more.

Don't use heat on your hair, brush your hair a lot at night to stimulate your scalp, drink lots of water, and take vitamins like vitamin e and fish oil supplements :)
