I have a pimple picking problem. I pick at them until they bleed causing them to stay for weeks. I constantly have to cake on foundation and ect. to cover it up. When I take of my make up I just don't feel beautiful with my skin imperfections. When I don't have time to do my makeup I feel like everyone is judging my spotty face. Any suggestions?

Well first off your gorgeous and have nothing to be insecure about :) I would suggest having a skin care routine which will help with pimples and skin problems. Do you have one now? For the pimple picking problem maybe at night or when you come home you can put some acne/pimple cream on it which will fade it and also cover it. Hope this helps! Stay beautiful 😘

Try to distract yourself from picking on them

I had that problem in high school. I was always that ugly duckling with horrible acne that everyone made fun of. Two years later and my face is clearer than ever and I am comfortable in my skin for the first time ever. PIMPLE FREE! I used to pick also. Best thing to do is exfoliate exfoliate exfoliate! It's always best to use something with beads rather than just a creme.
Wash in the morning and at night and never stray away from that. DO IT.
Watch the things you eat as well as drink. Fatty fast foods always added on to my breakouts as well as caffeinated drinks.
And use a spot treatment. If you can't find an over the counter one that you like I always just do the toothpaste thing and that works miracles for me!
And don't cake on foundation to cover them because then you will look cakey and actually draw more attention to them.
Be comfortable in your skin, you are beautiful!
😍😘

I used to have that problem so what I did is put my spot treatment on (which needs to stay on for hours) and left it there during the day so I wouldnt pick at them. Also putting like a tadbit of vaseline on the spot can get rid of always picking. + whenever you have the urge just tell yourself about the consequences as in would I like to pop this and get rid of it in a second and have it lingering for another year on my face OR leave it/ treat it and have it gone in a month or two :)

You are beautiful. I have really bad acne and would love to have skin like yours! Just try to remember that there's worst people out there than you. I pick every pimple I have and now 17 I have terrible scars so try to resist as much as you can. You are beautiful

You are stunning (: honestly its not bad at all, I've seen girls with much worst! Just try using benzol peroxide and salacytic acid teatments, that works for a lot of people. Don't worry, its nothing a little concealer can't cover!
