Help Finding Nail Design?

Hi, okay I believe I saw the nails posted on here, but I have been searching and can not find the thread, or the picture.

I even tried looking it up on Google, but all the pictures aren't what I'm looking for.

I believe they call it 3d bubbles, it looked like, well 3d bubbles coming from within the nail, a lot of depth and looked like it was layered. I thought the poster mentioned some kind of technique to get this type of nails but I'm at a loss and would really like to give it a try.

I know its not much of a description but if anyone remembers seeing something like this could you point me in the right direction.
