Its not so bad at all :) a few more tips to prevent it is to alway wear a clean shirt, change your bra regularly and keeps your bedsheets clean. good luck at your concert!

That's not bad at all! I used to have it way worse. :/ I agree with all the advice given above. :)
You don't have to cover it, just wear your hair down. It's not that obvious anyways, just don't think about it. Good luck in choir! I love performing. (^∇^)

Ugh I also have some, about the same amount as yours, and I have yet to find the solution. I find what calms it down is not wearing sports bras, scrubbing my back with a brush, and using an acne body wash on it. The one I use has salycilic acid and doesn't work so benzoyl peroxide washes would be much more effective. I have also gotten a back facial before which helps!

As far as treating it goes, I agree with the other girls. My number one recommendation would be to invest in the Dermalogica Clean Start kit. It's expensive but worth every penny.
