There's dye in my brush!

So I have several brushes with black bristles. Every time I keep cleaning them, bluish dye keeps coming off. I've had these brushes for about a year, and I feel like the dye is never coming out. Any tricks on getting it off for good? Help!

Clean thm in a solution of a cup of Warm/Hot water teaspoon of viniger and 2teaspoons of Dawn Dish Soap. Works better thn anything youll buy at the store and cheaper.
